Confirmation & Booking vouchers: 
Confirmation of booking will be sent within 15 minutes of successful booking via appropriate communication medium email & SMS/Whatsapp. following up the same another email including your Tour vouchers will be sent via email/SMS

Confirmation in case of Partial Payments & Booking vouchers: 
Confirmation of booking will be sent within 15 minutes of successful booking via appropriate communication medium email & SMS/Whatsapp. Tour vouchers will be issued directly at the respective booking counter on clearing the remaining payment

Payments Policy

Payment Mode
We accept Online payments via Credit/Debit Cards, Netbanking, UPI, UPI QR & almost of the major wallets.

Payments Types

  • Full Payment: In case of full payments, 100% of the payment of tour will be charged before the confirmation and the respective tour vouchers will be sent over the email/SMS.
  • Partial Payment: In case of Partial payments, partial of the payment has to be made at the time of checkout and remaining of the payment has to be made at the partner’s booking counter/or at the time of boarding the pickup vehicle.
Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation is only applicable in case the bookings were made 2 days prior to the activity/tour date, no cancellations will be accepted or refund will be issued in case the bookings were made 2 – 1 days before the tour/activity start date. In this case 100% of the amount will be charged from the customer, in case of partial/full payments type.
  • 3 days before the tour/activity date – 90% of the refund will be issued in case if the cancellation request will be made 3 days before the activity date. 10% of the sum which are considered as deductions are towards the booking handling and payment processing fees.
  • 3 – 2 days before the tour/activity date – 50% of the refund will be issued in case the request is raised 3 – 2 days before the Activity/tour starting date. 50% of the sum which are considered as deductions are towards the booking handling, payment processing fees & the partner’s loss incurred due to last moment cancellation.
Refunds Policy
  • Refunds accepted by triplina.com will be processed within 3 working days of request acceptance
  • Refund processing would take around 5 – 7 working days and is the process time which is required by payment partners to process the refunds. Accordingly the entire process after refund acceptance will take around 8 – 10 working days.
  • Refunds to the triplina.com wallet will be processed immediately after it is processed by triplina.com team. Accordingly the process is
